Why we built it

Walk into almost any busy OPD in India and you'll see the same thing: a thick register at the reception desk, a token book, handwritten prescriptions and a cash drawer that never quite tallies. Software exists, but most of it is expensive, slow, built for hospitals, or needs a week of training.

We wanted something a doctor could sign up for between two patients and use the same evening — with a fast token queue, a prescription pad that understands Indian brands and dosing shorthand, and sharing over WhatsApp, which is how India actually communicates.
