Delete your MedPrax OPD account

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@medprax.in from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Account deletion request”.
2. Mention your clinic name. If you are the clinic owner, tell us whether you want only your login removed or the whole clinic deleted.
3. We confirm the request by email and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Staff or doctor login: your sign-in account, your name and email, and your access to the clinic.
• Entire clinic (owner only): the clinic profile, patient records, visits, prescriptions, billing records, templates, bookings and the public booking page.

What we may keep

Payment and invoice records for paid subscriptions are kept for up to 8 years where Indian tax law requires it. Encrypted backups are cleared within 30 days of deletion.

Before deleting a clinic, owners can export patient records as CSV from Patients → Export. Medical records may need to be retained by the clinic for periods required under applicable medical regulations.
