Shipping & Delivery Policy

MedPrax OPD is an online software service. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped.

Delivery of the service

• Your account is available immediately after sign-up at opd.medprax.in.
• Paid plans are activated instantly after a successful payment. You will see the new plan under Settings → Plan & billing.
• A payment confirmation is sent to your registered email. A GST invoice is emailed within 2 working days.

If activation is delayed

If your plan is not active within 1 hour of a successful payment, email hello@medprax.in with your payment ID and we will activate it or refund you as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
