Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MedPrax OPD (the “Service”) provided by MedPrax. By creating an account you agree to them.

The Service

MedPrax OPD is a practice-management tool for registering patients, managing queues, recording consultations, generating prescriptions and receipts, and accepting online booking requests. It does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions, prescriptions and their contents are the sole responsibility of the registered medical practitioner.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite to your clinic.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from patients to record and process their information, and for complying with applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines where relevant. Plans and payment

• The Starter plan is free, subject to the usage limits shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, plus applicable GST.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access other clinics' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Offline mode is provided as a convenience; ensure your device syncs regularly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MedPrax's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
